• New patient appointment $100 or $80 for anyone under 18
• Additional visits are $55 or $35 for anyone under 18
• Remedy Chiropractic is a "cash only" practice meaning it is not in-network with any insurance providers
• Cash, check, or card are all acceptable forms of payment (this includes HSA/FSA)
• Small processing fee for cards // $5 discount on cash payments
• Itemized receipt available upon request
