• Remedy Chiropractic, LLC is a cash only practice that is not in-network with any insurance providers
• Cash, check, or card are all acceptable forms of payment- HSA cards included
• Small processing fee for cards
• You may submit an itemized receipt to your insurance carrier if you have out-of-network coverage
• First time appointments $100 or $80 (Under 18)
• Additional visits are $50 or $30 (Under 18)
